Welcome to Root & Rise, where every massage is crafted with care, presence, and intention. When you book a session, you are choosing more than bodywork — you are choosing a space where your body can feel safe, your nervous system can soften, and your whole self is honored.
Root & Rise is now a part-time practice, and all scheduling is done directly through April. Please review the information below for services, hours, and how to book your appointment.
How to Book

To request an appointment:

Payment Policy
Cash is preferred
Venmo is accepted
Card payments include a $5 processing fee
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you cannot attend your session, please provide as much notice as possible so the spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.
No-Shows: You will be responsible for 100% of the appointment cost. Payment for the missed session must be made before booking any future appointments.
This is not a deposit toward future services—it is payment for the reserved time.
