Refund Policy

All sales for services, packages, and gift certificates at Root & Rise are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a session, package, or product, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

In some cases, packages or gift certificates may be transferred to another recipient with prior written approval. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, no-shows, or unused portions of a package.

Root & Rise reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to practitioner illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a service credit for future use.

This refund policy is in place to respect the time, preparation, and care involved in each service offering.
