Cancellation Policy

At Root & Rise, each session is thoughtfully prepared and reserved just for you. In order to honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:

• No-Shows: If a client has not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, the session will be marked as a no-show and the full session fee (100%) will be charged to the card on file.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This allows us to respect the next client’s session and stay on schedule. While we’ll always do our best to create a meaningful experience with the time remaining, full payment is still required.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

All charges will be processed using the card placed on file at the time of booking. By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms and give permission for Root & Rise to securely charge your card in accordance with this policy.
